In the event of physical damage, the warranty with the original supplier (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Sony, etc.) is broken. This does not apply to Apple repairs with Apple original parts.
We provide a 2-year warranty on all parts that are replaced. The guarantee applies to manufacturing defects such as flicker, incorrect colors on the display and touch functionality.
The guarantee does not apply when a physical damage has occurred, which is either due to an accident, external impact (water damage, skewed frame, etc.) or as a direct consequence of the product being damaged.
If something abnormal is detected after installation - for example loose screen, we ask the customer to report it as soon as possible, before physical damage has occurred.
Complaints must be made directly to the current department. If there is a disagreement about a complaint, we ask the customer to send a written complaint via e-mail. We point out that all customers must present a receipt for all complaints. Remember that if your device is fixed and if you have another warranty from other companies - this warranty will be canceled.
Important: 1. No waterproof 2. You lose the warranty from other stores 3. You have 3 months to pick up your phone started from the creation of ticket date 4.
